

Ed was a born and raised Hoosier and a die-hard IU fan. He enjoyed his “therapies”. He loved his physical “therapy” of golfing with his father, brother and friends. Then there was his love for wind “therapy”, also known as riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He lived for long road trips with great friends. Ed was a long time AA member and a Sponsor; he celebrated his 31 years of sobriety this year. “Let Go and Let God”.
Ed is survived by his wife Anna; his parents, Edward Douglas (Edna May) and Martha (Calvin) Hoke; his siblings, Perry (Debbie), Danny, Calvin Jr, Janet (Charlie), Mike (Debbie), Gary (Judy), Randall (Angie), Martha (Tony), Stacy (Steve), and Jeff (Lori); his children, Chuck, Beth (Charlie) and Christy (Billy); his grandchildren, Samantha, Chanze, Braxton, Ramon, Gavin, Cameron, Kassidy and Marcus; and his great-grandchildren, Summerbelle, Emma, Annielizabeth and Callen.
Preceded in death by his sister, Leslie and granddaughter, Sandra.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road.
Funeral Service will be at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in the chapel of Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road. Private burial in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
