My mom would tell such funny stories of Great Uncle Charle. He always had a great smile on his face.

It was an honor and a pleasure to serve with Charlie in the Democratic Party. Charlie was a role model to me, always ready to tell it like it was, to get the truth out, and to do what was right. This is a great loss to me and to the community. We will miss him.

Randy Stumler, Former Floyd County Democratic Party Chairman
