Funeral services for Chreighton “J.R.” Tanner, 23, of Jeffersonville, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, at Kraft Funeral Service, Charlestown Road Chapel, New Albany, with burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. He died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011, at Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was a native of New Albany and a welder by trade.
Survivors include a daughter, Delaney Tanner; mother, Venita O’Neil and Michael Scott; father and stepmother, Chreighton and April Criswell; brother, Levi Bishop; sister, Mandy Tanner; and grandparents, Chreighton and Linda Criswell, Altha Lone, and Smokey Bishop.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
