Cordell Mclemore Sr.

Cordell McLemore, Sr., 80 years of age, died Saturday December 31, 2011 at his residence in Floyds Knobs, Indiana. Cordell was born March 26, 1931 in Perry County, Kentucky to the late Charlie and Rebecca (Parker) McLemore. He was a retired truck driver for Dean Foods. He was a member of Teamsters local #89 in Louisville and Greater Faith Church in New Albany. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy (Spellman) McLemore and brother, Jimmy McLemore

Survivors includehis children, Donna Bond (Mike) of Louisville, KY, Vicki Eads of Georgetown, IN, Cordell McLemore, Jr. of Louisville, KY, Dennis McLemore of New Albany, IN, Robert McLemore of New Albany, IN, Anthony McLemore of Indianapolis, IN; siblings, Ronnie McNeely, Don McNeely, Pauline Sisson, Evalee Stidham; grandchildren, Kenneth Eads, Jr., Timothy Ray Eads, Jeremy M. Bond, Catherine G. Dummitt, Robert Beaven, Holly Beaven, Nick McLemore, Julie McLemore, Jessica McLemore, and Cordella McLemore; 17 Great Grandchildren

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Monday at Greater Faith Church, 2814 Mt. Tabor Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at the church with entombment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
