Darlene "Nanny" Faye Logsdon, 72, of Louisville, passed away November 3, 2020 at Baptist Health Louisville. She was born on March 9, 1948 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Richard and Irene Cook Redden. She was retired from The Seelbach Hilton and was an advocate for The American Foundation For Suicide Prevention. She was of the Christian Faith and her grandchildren were her greatest joy.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a grandson, James Alex Taylor; and siblings, Marty Joe Redden, Richard A. Redden, Johnny Redden and Debbie Redden.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia (Tommy) Washer and Ronda Dutschke; grandchildren, Nicole (Mike) Gordon, Jordyn (Michael) Cox, Christian Washer, Jason Taylor, Katherine Taylor and Jessica Taylor; great-grandchildren, Kayden, Macie, Rylee, Jaxson and Jayde; siblings, Mary Linder, Yvonne (Dallas) Meyer, Rita Powell, Lonnie (Becky) Redden, Rodney (Cindy) Redden and Pamela Fuson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and a host of extended family.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2020 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road.
Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at the funeral home with burial to follow in Bethany Memorial Cemetery.
