David J. “Jerry” Crockett, 83 years of age died Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Autumn Woods Health Campus in New Albany, Indiana. He was born December 14, 1932 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Eugene and Lena Mae Crockett. Jerry was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a retired auditor with the old Continental Insurance Company. He was a member of Park Christian Church in New Albany.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Ann Crockett; sons, David Crockett, Jr., Jeffrey Crockett, Michael Crockett, Gary Crockett; daughter, Karen Crockett; brother, Robert J. Crockett; 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Saturday at the funeral home chapel with a private entombment at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
