Doris R. Flowers, 93, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. Doris was born in Roseburg, Kentucky on September 18, 1929, to the late Walter and Elizabeth Reams. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church and was a retired medical coder.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by siblings, Hershel, Lester, Chesteen, Lee, LaVell and Geneva.
Doris is survived by her children, Michael Flowers, Ronald (Robin) Flowers, Darrell (Lucy) Flowers, Randall (Brenda) Flowers and Donna Pickerill; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Doris will be held Thursday, November 3, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday, November 4, 2022, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150.
A funeral service celebrating her life will be Friday, November 4, 2022, at 1:00 PM, at the funeral home with entombment in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
