Emma Cecil Williams, 105 years of age died Sunday, July 3, 2011 at Northwest Manor Healthcare Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was a longtime resident of Clarksville and a retired licensed practical nurse. Cecil was involved with the Ohio Valley Association of the Blind, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), and was a member of Hope Community Church of God in Clarksville. She was preceded in death by her daughters, Ila Marie Steck and Cecilia Johnson
Survivors include her grandchildren, Angela Johnson of Indianapolis, IN, Renneau Daly-Brewster of Sonoma, CA, Ronald Snapp of Sebastopol, CA; great grandchildren, Billy Adair of Indianapolis, IN, Kristen Adair of Indianapolis, IN
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Friday at the Kraft Charlestown Rd. Chapel with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana. The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the Humane Association of Clark County.
