Eunice J. Davis Luther

EUNICE J. (DAVIS) LUTHER, 86, died Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. The daughter of the late Floyd and Lillian Miner Davis, Eunice was born March 31, 1928 in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Eunice was a 1945 graduate of Baraboo Senior High School, a Cub Scout Den Mother, past president of Providence High School Ladies Guild, R.C.I.A. instructor and member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Clarksville IN and the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. She was President of Tri-City Tractor Trailer and President and Co-Founder of Tank Cleaning Consultants. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred L. Luther; and siblings, Roger Davis, Joyce Davis and Norma Jean Luther.

Survivors include her daughters, Susan Luther Aseltine (Bill), Diane Luther Jones, Barbara Luther Timberlake (David) and Jeanne Marie Luther; sons, Andrew D. Luther (Marian), Mark L. Luther (Mona), Gregory A. Luther (Toni) and Thomas F. Luther (Keri); brother, Bradley Davis (Jodi); grandchildren, Kathryn, Trevor, Brandon, Morgan, Anna Clare, Paula, Rebecca, Judith, Brandi, Joshua, Chris, Cindy, Anthony, Amanda, Scott, Brock, Kyle, Kelsey, Danielle, Shaina, Becca, Adrianna and Ethan; and 20 treasured Great Grandchildren.

Visitation will be 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany. There will be a Rosary Service at 7:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Her Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Thursday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Clarksville with entombment to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
