Frances M. Phelps, 86 years of age died Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at her home in New Albany. She was born February 8, 1927 in New Albany, IN to the late Nobel and Elsie Jones. Frances was a Methodist by faith, and a 1945 graduate of New Albany High School. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry R. Phelps in 1988.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Saturday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel. A graveside service will be 11:00 am Monday at New Albany National Cemetery.
