Gina Marie Surface

Gina Marie Surface, 55, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at her home. Gina was born September 8, 1966 in Louisville, Kentucky to Betty Sue Hubbuch and the late Vernon Charles Gillespie. She was the owner Crest Books and a member of the 700 Club.

In addition to her father she is preceded in death by her husband, George Surface; a son, Jason Surface; two grandchildren, Joshua Michael Wheat-Taylor and Isaiah Charles Wheat-Taylor; son-in-law, Joshua E. Taylor; and her uncle who raised her, Lloyd Wolfe.

Gina is survived by three children, Krystle Savonne Taylor, Robert Dean Wheat Jr. and Kasey Marie Surface; grandchildren, Alex Surface, Alex Taylor, Michelle Taylor, Trey Wheat, Nyomi Wheat, Emma Wheat, Isabella Surface, Tristan Surface and MariJaine George Surface; mother, Betty Sue Hubbuch; mother who raised her, Sharon Wolfe and two nephews, Jason and Dustin.

A graveside service for Gina will be held Friday, April 22, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Kraft Graceland Memorial Park, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flower the family request donations to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
