Glen "Brownie" D. Brown

Glen D. “Brownie” Brown, 67 years of age died Tuesday evening with his family by his side. Glen was born September 29th, 1945 in Russell Springs, KY. to the late Josephine Brown Mabrey. He was a retired Boilermaker with Local #40 in Louisville, KY. and was preceded in death by his first wife Fay Brown who died in 2006. “Brownie” had numerous friends and loved people. He was a member of Hobart Beach Post #1693, American Legion Bonnie Sloan Post #28 and he will be greatly missed by his wife, family and all who knew him.

Survivors include his wife, Jimmie Sue Donahoe Brown; daughters, Patty Barnum and husband Dale, Debbie Barton, Teresa Adams and husband Jim; Chastity Brown; Step-Son, Christopher Hankins; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren

Reception of family and friends will be from 12:00 pm ~ 6:00 pm Saturday and after 10:00 am Sunday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Sunday November 25th, at the Kraft Charlestown Rd.Funeral Chapel with private burial at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
