HELEN LOUISE RISSLER, 87, died June 25, 2015 at her home. The daughter of the late Auswell and Katherine Scharf Rissler, Helen was born August 30, 1927 in Corydon, Indiana. She was retired from United Technologies where she served as Treasurer. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Clara Alice Rissler Melton.
Survivors include her brother, James Rissler of Louisville KY; sister, Dorothy Rissler Bowman (John) of New Albany IN; 3 nieces; 1 nephew; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 10:00 am ~ 2:00 pm Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN. Her Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Tuesday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with entombment to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
