James worked as an estimator for Calhoun Construction Services, where he was respected for his knowledge, dedication, and commitment to his work.
Outside of work, James enjoyed the things that brought him happiness and allowed him to relax. He was an avid video game enthusiast, enjoyed a good bourbon, and had a deep appreciation for music. Most of all, James will be remembered for the memories he made and the people whose lives he touched along the way.
He is survived by his beloved son, Phoenix James Ringer; his mother, Billie Knighten; his father, Bill Ringer; his siblings, Shane Philipsen, Laura Philipsen, and Mindy Gewecke (Michael); along with several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other loving family members and friends.
James will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on through his son, family, friends, and the many moments they shared together.
May he rest in peace.
