My favorite memory is when Jeanette and I were little girls & best friends growing up on 43rd St as next door neighbors and playing Barbie dolls, etc. I have fond memories of watching Little Steve grow up too. However, I was not in contact with her once I left for college & moved to Georgia. I regret this, but I know that she was a fighter and is resting peacefully in heaven & smiling down on all of us! Miss you, Jeanette! RIP! ❤️🙏🏽🥰🎚🙏🏽

I remember when I was in Middle School with Steven. We had earned some type of reward so we got to walk to the family restaurant down the street and around the corner from the school (Barret TMS). She was the perfect host. I have other memories with Steven's birthday party at St. Augustine and MGMC. Mrs. Jeanette was always so beautiful (effortlessly), graceful and classy. My prayers go out to the family during this difficult time. ❤

I met Jeanette through her cousin Fanci in the late 1980’s. My first impression of her was favorable and everlasting because she shined so very brightly with her smile, beauty and sweet disposition. I was impressed by her God given talents too. She was a true ballerina that exemplified elegance and grace when she danced and simply entered a room. I am sadden by her early departure but I know she is bringing joy to others in heaven. I send my deepest sympathy and prayers to her husband and family. R.I.P

Her testimony at our women’s retreat at Holy Family was beautiful. She talked about her background and family. She is a beautiful person, a gem, and such an inspiration.
