Jeffrey Dale Judd, 72, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025. Jeffrey was born in New Albany, Indiana on November 16, 1952 to the late William Russell Judd and Elvia Smith Judd. He retired from General Electric in 2012 with over 30 years of service and was the owner of Jeff's Small Engine where he was known around town as the "Lawnmower Man." He was an avid Morel Mushroom hunter, dual sport biker where he biked the country and visited 48 states.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Holly Hack.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Janet Judd; three daughters, Tracy Dauer (Ben), Carrie Judd (Latisha) and Jessica Elf (Chris); 11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; five granddogs; eight grandcats; siblings, Doug Judd (Vicki), Edna Edwards (Ray), Betty Rudolph (Melvin), Sheila Riley (Delbert) and Patsy Huff; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 1, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Wednesday, April 2, 2025 from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at Noon at the funeral home.
