Jerry W. Parsons, 72 years of age died Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville. He was born December 24, 1942 in New Albany, Indiana and was a retired employee from Bert R. Huncilman and Son. Jerry was avid fan of NASCAR and loved hunting, fishing, and the outdoors.
Survivors include his wife. Carol Parsons; children, Kim Cook, Carrie Talbott, Cindy Daugherty, Paula Shears, Ellen Lone, Tom Shears, brother, Jimmy Parsons; 22 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Wednesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 12:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home chapel with burial at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
