John Robert Frossard, 64 years of age passed away on Monday, August 17, 2020 at his home in New Albany, Indiana. He was born April 23, 1956 in Anderson, Indiana to the late John Edward and Gladys Irene (Lewis) Frossard. John was a member and the current business manager for St. John Paul II Catholic Church in Sellersburg and formerly worked in the Southern Indiana banking industry for numerous years. He coached his sons in multiple sports for many years and loved watching his grandchildren participate in anything they did. Along with his parents, John was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Susan Frossard; nephew, Ryan McCrocklin; niece, Sarah Smythe.
Survivors include his sons, Todd Frossard (Michelle), Andy Frossard, Matt Frossard (Jennifer); siblings, Mike Frossard, Barbara Scharnowske (Bob), Julie Patterson (Ron), Nancy Brennan (Jerry), Joe Frossard (Michele); mother of Todd, Andy, and Matt, Brenda Frossard; grandchildren, Noah Michael, Ava Elizabeth, Jack Phillip, Matthew John, and Lily Renee.
Visitation will be 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Mass will be held 3:00 pm Thursday at St. John Paul II Church (St. Joe Hill Campus) 2605 W. St. Joe Road, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
