Patrick is survived by his wife of 30 years, Lynn; Daughters, Makenzie (Jay) and Sydney (Deion); Son, Brandon (Kenzie); 4 Granddaughters, Delilah, Delaney, Royalty, and Ahria; Mom, Earlene, Sisters, Trudi (David), Patty (Bill), Kathy, Karen (Rex), Karen B; and Brother, Marty.
He is preceded in death by his father, Albert Kelly and Ralph Berryman; sister, Bobbi Jo, Brother, Danny; Sister-in-law, Darlene; and Grandparents, Elizabeth & Earl Lynch.
Visitation will be held at Kraft Funeral Home (2776 Charlestown Rd. New Albany, IN 47150) on Monday, December 15 from 2pm-8pm, and on Tuesday, December 16 from 11am-Noon. The funeral will follow on Tuesday at Noon. Burial will follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
