Patrick is survived by his wife of 30 years, Lynn; Daughters, Makenzie (Jay) and Sydney (Deion); Son, Brandon (Kenzie); 4 Granddaughters, Delilah, Delaney, Royalty, and Ahria; Mom, Earlene, Sisters, Trudi (David), Patty (Bill), Kathy, Karen (Rex), Karen B; and Brother, Marty.
He is preceded in death by his father, Albert Kelly and Ralph Berryman; sister, Bobbi Jo, Brother, Danny; Sister-in-law, Darlene; and Grandparents, Elizabeth & Earl Lynch.
Visitation will be held at Kraft Funeral Home, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150, on Monday, December 15, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and again on Tuesday, December 16, from 11:00 a.m. until noon. The funeral service will take place Tuesday at noon, with burial to follow at Kraft–Graceland Memorial Park.
