Born on May 10, 1928 in New Albany, Indiana, she was a beautician for many years. Joyce was known for her cooking, her love of plants, particularly her Aloe which thrived in her house because it was always warm like a greenhouse. She enjoyed feeding the squirrels and any other animal that may venture into her yard. She loved her brother-in-law Ronny's tomatoes, Jackson County watermelons, and playing euchre, poker, and especially enjoyed going to "The Boat' (Caesars Casino).
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband George Dillow Jr, her son Ricky, her parents Irvin Leroy and Bessie Reas, sisters Jane Larberg, Cleatis Baldwin/Baker, and Vergia Reas; and brothers Clyde Reas and Vernon Reas.
Joyce is survived by her daughter Linda Sutton (Roger).
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, June 30th from 5:00pm- 7:00pm at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana.
A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 7:00pm.
There will be a private burial.
