Juanita M. Walker Engle

Juanita M. (Walker) Engle, 85, formerly of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, died Monday, September 3, 2012 at Baptist Hospital Northeast. The daughter of the late Newland E. and Marie (Schlageter) Walker, Juanita was born July 2, 1927 in New Albany, Indiana. Juanita worked as a dental tech and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Albany. Her daughters and grandchildren were the light of her life. Juanita was a very happy, healthy and strong woman. She was a caregiver and a Christian woman in every sense.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Engle, and a sister, Joyce Walker.

Per her wishes, Juanita’s Funeral Mass and burial at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery were private. Kraft Funeral Service was entrusted with her care.
