She was born June 4, 1946 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late Larry and Mary (Thomas) Neal. Judy was a loving caregiver, mother, and loved all her grandchildren. She was a member of Jeffersonville Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 57 years, James "Jimmy" Bayless; twin sister, Betty Wesley (Chester); sister, Patricia Winn; numerous beloved dogs.
She is survived by daughter, Jenny Hager (Shawn); son, Kevin Wesley; brother, Larry Neal; granddaughters, Sara, Hannah, Taylor, Mylee; & great grandchildren, Karson, Kaden and Hadley; beloved dogs, Reggie and Madea.
Visitation will be 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana. Her funeral service will begin noon Wednesday at the funeral home chapel. Judy will be laid to rest at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
