In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth O. Gerry Sr.; a son, Kenneth O. Gerry Jr.; sisters, Norma, Margaret, Hazel, and Marie; and brothers, J.D., James, Pete, Louis and George.
Julia is survived by two children, Jan Gerry and Shannon Gerry (Robin); brother, Alfred Spalding (Midge); daughter in law, Ellen Gerry; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and close friend, Melonnie.
Visitation will be held at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150, on July 8, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00 pm with private burial at Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
