Larry W. Foreman, 72, died Monday, February 9, 2015 at his home. He was born July 11, 1942 in Berne, Indiana to the late Donald and Violet Jean Foreman. He is also preceded in death by his nephew, Brian Andres. He loved golf and was a member of Valley View Golf Club; enjoyed reading, travel, and sports of all kind; was a proud graduate of Purdue University where he was a member of Acacia fraternity; he was a former member at Centenary UMC where he sang joyfully in the choir; and retired from Pro-Seal and Royal Purple.
Survivors include:
Wife of 21 years: Phyllis Andres
Son: Matthew Foreman (Jeanne)
Grandchildren: Michaela and Jared Foreman
Brother: Steve Foreman (Denette)
Brothers-in-law: Jerry Andres (Diane) and Dennis Andres, Sr.
Nephews: Jesse, Matthew, Chad (Melissa), Denny Jr. (Alana), Sammy, Dennis III, Zane, Tavis, and Jake
Nieces: Charlotte and Caitlin
Furry Friends: Cindy, Murphy, and Inky
And many cousins and best buds from the golf course.
The family would like to give special thanks to Joyce and Hollon whose care and support were unsurpassed as well as Hosparus of Southern Indiana, especially Cheryl, Joy, and A.J. for their truly compassionate understanding and support.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday and after 11:00 am Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Friday at ¬the Kraft Funeral Service Chapel with burial of his urn to follow at a later date in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Berne, Indiana.
