Leo was a native of New Albany and the owner of Banister's Car Wash.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Cora Banister; and his brothers, Edward L. Maxie and James H. Banister. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, IN with private burial to follow in Westhaven Cemetery in New Albany.
