Linda Cox, age 75, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, October 30, 2022. She was born on February 7, 1947, to the late Albert and Agnes Bostock. She married the love of her life of 56 years, Caroll Cox. Linda graduated from Jeffersonville High School and attended Sullivan Business College where she graduated as a Medical Secretary. However her true passion was staying at home and raising her children.
Linda was an avid reader. She enjoyed collecting many of the Classics. She loved watching movies made in the ’30s and ’40s. Her favorite actress was “Lucy” from the “I love Lucy” show and of course Elvis. Visiting Disney World many times, The Magic Kingdom was one of her favorite places to visit. Linda was so loved and will be greatly missed!
Linda leaves behind her loving husband, Caroll Cox; two children, Craig and Renee; a twin brother Phillip Bostock; and sisters, Pamela Chastain, and Missy Reising (Jeff); along with her life long best friend, Judy (Jacobs) Newton; and several nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Linda will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2022, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150.
A funeral service will take place on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Linda will be laid to rest in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
