Lorena D. Harden Ellegood

LORENA D. HARDEN ELLEGOOD, 91 years of age, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2012. The daughter of the late Enos and Mary Frances Harden, Lorena was born November 9, 1920 in Frankfort, Ky. She was a homemaker and member of Shawnee Baptist Church in Louisville, Ky. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Ellegood; sons, Walter Douglas Ellegood, Buddy Russell Ellegood and Enos Ellegood.

Survivors include her children: Mary Hilk (Norman) of Georgetown IN, William Ellegood (Linda) of Keystone Heights FL, Ronald Ellegood of Bowling Green KY and Robert Ellegood (Judy) or Dry Ridge KY; sister: Virginia Catherine Stanton of Dixon TN; 8 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 2:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Thursday and after 10:00 am Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, IN. Her Funeral Service will be 12:00 pm Friday in the Kraft Spring Street Chapel with burial following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
