Loretta W. Mann, 73, of New Albany, Indiana passed away January 3, 2026, at Baptist Health Floyd. She was born on January 27, 1952, in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Gilbert and Mahala Watts. She was retired from Kroger with over 13 years of service and worked at Mother's Cookies for over a decade. She was an avid UK fan, loved spending time outdoors and was of the Christian faith.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, David L. Mann; siblings, Nesbia Watts, Garney Watts, Hargis Watts, Georgia Smith, Lisa Combs and Lila Davis.
Loretta is survived by two Children, Deborah Deskins (Willie) and Michael Brown (Melissa); Stepchildren, David Mann (Taunya), Danny Mann and Jennifer Schulz; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Deskins, Savanna Brown and Gracie Brown; three brothers, LeRoy Watts, Danny Watts and Herman Watts (Rhonda); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on January 12, 2026, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Kraft Funeral Service, located at 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana, 47150. Funeral service will follow on the same day at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with burial to follow at Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
