

was born March 20, 1950 in Manchester, Kentucky to the late Arthur Jack and Ella (Thompson)
Hipsher. Lowell served his country as a U.S. Marine during the Vietnam War and most of all he took great pride in his family. Lowell loved to fish and was always looking forward to his next adventure on the water.
Survivors include his wife, Byrendia (Thomas) Hipsher; son, Lowell Dwayne Hipsher (Connie);
daughters, Tiffany Wilkinson (William), Sherria Robinson(Christopher); eight grandchildren, Bradley, Jordan, Tyler, Sydney, Ti'Ana, William, Kristyn, Kelcey; three great grandchildren; Quiniya, William III, Elijah; Six Brothers;Jackie Thompson(Barbara), Isham(Doris), Lester(Patty), Wayne(Renee, John(Doreen), and Wendall(Kathy) all Hipsher's. Three sisters; Sherrie "Bootsie" Martin, Joetta Fraihat(Matt), Rose Renee Hipsher, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150. His Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday October 10, 2018 in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel. Burial with military honors at 1:30 pm Wednesday in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, 2501 North Dixie Blvd., Radcliff, Kentucky 40160.
