Maggie's children and grandchildren were her pride and joy.
She was such a good friend to me and we shared a lot of time working together. She was one of a kind. I love her and I am so sad to hear of her passing. She is in the arms of Jesus now and I can just see her beaming smile.

My prayers of comfort go up for all of her loved ones.

Maggie, you are one of a kind. Until we meet again, dear friend.

Since 2012, I've had the privilege of being Maggie's next door neighbor. There's a nice little picket fence that separates our properties, and on the day I closed on my house, I was reminded by the previous owners that the fence belonged to Maggie, which led me to believe that they may not have gotten along and I could possibly be inheriting a grumpy neighbor. I couldn't have been more wrong.
Maggie always greeted me with a wave and a smile whenever we saw each other in the yard. I'll never forget the time we were chatting each other up during one of our backyard fence meetings and I mentioned that I was originally from Michigan. She smiled from ear to ear and her eyes lit up as she proceeded to tell me that she too was originally from Michigan. I think I gained a few brownie points that day.
Maggie was very independent. I know this because she'd refuse to take me up on my offers to help her around the yard and would always huff and puff whenever she caught me raking & bagging up the mountains of leaves that fell in her yard.
Maggie was the best neighbor I've ever had and I'm really going to miss her.

Life took us in different directions, but each time we got together we picked up as if no time had passed at all. Marge was hard working, unwavering in her faith, deeply committed to her beloved children and grandchildren., What better thing can be said of anyone? She will live on in the hearts of all she touched.
