Marjory "Margie" G. Smith

She loved anything to do with birds, was an avid reader, very patriotic, and dedicated to her family. Margie was the “card shark” of the family. She was always thankful for things and sent cards to everyone making sure to write a personal note with expressions of love and thanks. She was also a member of McCutchanville Community Church.

Margie is survived by her husband of 51 years, Jim Smith; sons, Aaron Smith (Lisa) and Zack Smith; brothers, Jim Perry (Kathy) and Ken Perry. She also leaves several dear cousins and many friends and loved ones to cherish her memory.

Friends and family may visit Friday, January 28, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CST) at Alexander North Chapel, Evansville, IN. The visitation will be continued at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to noon (EST) until funeral service. The funeral service will be held at noon (EST). Her final resting place will be at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany, IN.
