Mary Gene Warisse Huff

Mary Gene Warisse Huff, 88 years of age from New Albany, has continued on to her place in heaven Wednesday September 9, 2015 at her home. She was a New Albany native and lifelong member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her former husband, John M. Huff, Jr.; two sons, John M. Huff, III and John M. Huff, IV; and her granddaughter, Kerttu Schulenburg.

Survivors include her daughters, Sara Schulenburg (Eric), Mary Sue Scott (Curt) , and Nancy Lynn Fulkerson (Cregg); grandchildren, Kenneth Schulenburg, Martin Schulenburg (Hui), Christina Weinstein (Ben), Courtney McKechnie (Eric), Curtiss M. Scott, III, and Alicia and Derek Fulkerson; step-grandsons, Sean and Brody Fulkerson; and great grandchildren, Chase, Taylor, Finnegan, Matthias, Henrik Schulenburg and Hayden Weinstein, and Jayden Fulkerson. She also leaves her beloved dogs, Buster and Teddy.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm Sunday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana. Her funeral Liturgy will be 10:00 am Monday, September 14, 2015 at Holy Family Catholic Church with burial to follow in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery, New Albany. The family would like to thank Dr. Brian Heimer, his staff, and all her caregivers.
