Mary Rose Landrum
May 17, 1920 – January 4, 2021
Mary Rose Landrum, 100, of New Albany, Indiana formerly of Louisville, Kentucky passed away January 4, 2021 at Diversicare at Providence. She was born on May 17, 1920 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late William T. and Oliva Seiler Recktenwald. Mary Rose was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Kenneth "Ken" Landrum; and a sister, Loretta Denny.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda (Charlie) Wetzel; grandchildren, Todd (Elizabeth) Wetzel and Beth (Zach) Johnson; great grandchildren, Sean Wetzel, Matt Wetzel, Olivia Johnson, Ethan Johnson and Rebecca Johnson.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 East Spring Street, New Albany, Indian 47150. Her Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 8, 2021 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 315 East Chestnut Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130 with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery, 1600 Newburg Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40205.

Linda, Please accept my sincere sympathy for you mother's passing. I remember meeting her when she was at Azalea Hills with my mom, Toni Klein. She was a very sweet lady. I pray that your faith in the Risen Christ and many fond memories will help you through this difficult time.
