Mary "Pat" Cory Wilson

MARY "PAT" CORY WILSON, 72 years of age, joined the angels in heaven on Sunday February 9th. Pat was born in New Albany July 14th, 1941 to the late Walter and Mary Helen (Tully) Cory. She formerly worked as a kitchen aide for the New Albany Floyd County Schools after raising four children of whom she was very proud. Pat cherished her role of wife, mom and grandma. She and her devoted husband Bob shared a 53 year marriage. Pat lovingly saved mementos chronicling each milestone and achievement, of her children and grandchildren. She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Robert E. Wilson; four children, Rob Wilson and wife Debbie, Rick Wilson and wife Debbie, Randy Wilson and wife Carla and Rhonda Wilson and fiance’ Craig Rettig; five grandchildren, Donny, Hayley, Meghan, Austin, and Alex; brother, Walt Cory Jr. and wife Susan;

sister, Sue Yingling and husband Fred; and several nieces and nephews.

Reception of Family and Friends will be from 2:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Thursday and after 10:00 am Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday at the Kraft Spring Street Chapel with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
