Mary Pearl Proctor, 70, died Tuesday, July 23, 2013. She was born January 5, 1943 in San Francisco, California to her late parents, Willard Woodrow and Florence Hardin Prenatt. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Proctor and brothers, Willard Prenatt Jr. and Robert Prenatt.

Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 8:00pm Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 11:00am Friday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with entombment to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society in her memory.
