Matthew Joseph Jennings, 28, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022, in Louisville, KY. Matthew was born on December 6, 1993, in Hoffman Estates, IL. He grew up in Schaumburg, IL, and was a graduate of the University of Illinois-Chicago. He is survived by his mother, Josephine; his brother, Christopher; and many other family and friends who loved him dearly. He is preceded in death by his father, Michael.
Matthew shared a love for horse racing, video games, and film. He was at his happiest when partaking in these activities. Matthew also cherished time spent with his extended family, including his late grandparents, Ernesto and Necitas Pineda; his late aunt and godmother, Stella Caro; and his 10 cousins.
