Michael McKinney Seaton

MICHAEL MCKINNEY SEATON, 25, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 19, 2015 at his home. The son of Mike and Suzanne Phillips Seaton, Michael was born October 13, 1990 in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a 2009 graduate of Silver Creek High School and attended Indiana University. He was a member of the Silver Creek High school golf and basketball teams. Michael was employed by the family business, J & S Builders and was a devoted U of L Cardinal fan. Michael had a beautiful soul; he was very fun-loving and good-hearted. His great big genuine smile lit up any room and will be greatly missed by all family and friends he dearly loved.

Survivors include his parents; sisters, Ashley Seaton Houin (Brent) and Charlotte Seaton; grandparents, Elliott and Sue Phillips and John and Aline Seaton; uncles, Johnny Phillips and Kenny Seaton (Sherry); cousins, Jonathan and Trenton Seaton; and long-time girlfriend, Chelsea Cotner.

Visitation will be 2:00 pm ~ 7:00 pm Thursday and after 10:00 am Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 12:00 noon Friday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
