Nicholas Owen Downs, age 16 of Clarksville, IN passed away Sunday, May 27th, 2018 at his home. Nicholas was a sophomore at Jeffersonville High School. Nicholas loved all the super hero’s, you tube videos, guitar lessons, Xbox games, and making stop-motion videos. He will be sadly missed by Deborah and Harrell Sorrels his grandparents who raised him, and two special Aunts Heather Downs-Duncan and Kelley Downs-Groth who has helped in his care since birth. He is also survived by his mother Jessica Miller, his father, Matthew Downs, and his brother Bradley Downs, grandmother Cindy Linton and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Our family will be forever thankful for Kourageous Kids through Hosparus, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and all who were able to attend his life celebration.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 6:00 pm Friday at the funeral home chapel. Cremation to follow.
