PATRICIA LOUOMA LEONARD, 71, died Tuesday, June 3, 2014. The daughter of the late William J. and Mary Elizabeth (Cooper) Leonard, Patricia was born July 1, 1942 in Louisville, Ky. Patricia was a teacher and principal for many years at schools in the Archdiocese of Louisville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William J. Leonard, Jr., and a sister, Joan Marie Witlow.
Survivors include brothers, John F. Leonard (Louise B.) and Steve Leonard (Kathy); nieces & nephews, Debra, John, Steve, Maureen, Laura, Mickey and Heather; numerous great nieces & nephews.
Memorial Visitation will be 1:00 pm ~ 2:00 pm Monday at St. Frances of Rome Catholic Church, 2119 Payne Street, Louisville, Ky. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2 pm Monday at the church.
