

Patty (Davis) Stickler, 82, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2026. She was born on May 26, 1944. A beloved member of the Floyds Knobs community and St. Mary of the Knobs parish, Patty touched countless lives with her warmth, generosity, and joyful spirit.
Patty will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother, a loyal friend, a fierce Bunco player, a top-tier accessorizer, and the life of every party she attended. She had a gift for making others feel welcome, bringing laughter wherever she went, and creating lasting memories with those she loved.
Patty met the love of her life, David ("Dave") Stickler, in 1960. They quickly fell in love and remained inseparable from the age of 16. They were married in 1964, and in 1965 they were joyfully surprised with twin sons, Terry and Larry. Together, Patty and Dave built a beautiful life centered on love, family, faith, and endless laughter.
Patty was preceded in death by her husband, David “Dave” Stickler; her parents, Leslie Davis and Edna Davis; and her sisters, JoAnn (Davis) Dowell and Sandy (Davis) Leverich.
She is survived by her loving sons, Terry Stickler and Larry Stickler (Ann); her cherished grandchildren, Meagan Skinner (Chris), Shelby Stickler (Kelly Deuser), Hannah Wiesner, Adam Stickler, and Chase Stickler; and her adored great-grandchildren, Ava Skinner, Olivia Skinner, and Scarlett Skinner.
A Celebration of Patty's Life will be held on July 7, 2026, from 10:00 am till 11:30 am, with a memorial service beginning at 11:30 am, at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Patty's honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
