Paula Kay Smith, 46, died Saturday, October 11, 2014. She was born December 4, 1967 in Floyd County, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her brother, Dwight E. Roy, Jr. She was a member of the American Legion and VFW Auxillaries and worked at Bruce Fox. She was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, and sister and will be dearly missed.

Father and step-mother: Dwight E. Roy and Martha

Grandchildren: Ellie Provenza

Grandmother: Violet Baker

Sisters: Mechelle Roy

Kelli Vaughn and her husband, Billy

Brother: Roy L. Cunningham, III and his wife Courtney

Visitation will be 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm Wednesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 6:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
