Pauline B. Voyles Hublar

Pauline B. (Voyles) Hublar, 100 years of age passed away peacefully Sunday August 23rd, 2015 at Lincoln Hills Health Care Center. Pauline was born May 8, 1915 in Pekin, Indiana to the late William Clyde and Marguerite Lucille (Fessel) Voyles. She was the oldest living member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and was a charter member when the church was established in 1950. Pauline remained a faithful member until she could no longer attend Mass. She worked as a seamstress for over 30 years at the old H.A. Seinsheimers in New Albany. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Alfred T. Hublar Sr., her infant daughter Barbara Jean, her sisters Maxine Davis(Harold), Marcella Gent(Dick), and brothers Joseph and Gerald Voyles.

Left to cherish her memory are four Children, Joyce Hatfield(David), Alfred T. “Buddy” Hublar Jr.(Linda), David M. Hublar and Margaret A. Sands; seven grandchildren, Michael Hublar (Debra), Mark Hublar, Greg Hublar (Lisa), Todd Hublar (Dana), Tami Hatfield-Kennedy (Chris), Adrian Scharrer (Amanda), and Jayme Baker; twelve great grandchildren, Erika Zahn (Jeremy), Amber, Quentin, Mason, Grace, Jenna, and Chelsea Hublar, Hannah Joly, Colin and Cate Kennedy, Kendrik and Lyric Baker; sisters, Wilma Frazure (Earl), Margie Conn (Ralph),Mary Strait (Jack), Bernie Nasier (Jim); brothers, Robert Voyles(Laura), William Voyles (Patty); sisters-in-laws, Billie Voyles (Joe) and Edna Mae Voyles (Gerald).

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday August 26, 2015 at the Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 am Thursday August 27th, 2015 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
