Phyllis L. (Edwards) Bary, 90 years of age died Monday April 30, 2018 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born January 29, 1928 in Milltown, Indiana to the late William F. and Hettie (Sutton) Edwards and was the widow of Roy F. Bary, Jr. Phyllis started working after high school and held many jobs in human resources before retiring to care for her husband Roy who died in 2003. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings Frank, Max, Joe, Richard Larry, Emmajean, Regina, and Rene, nephews Jeffrey, Neal, and Greg. Phyllis will be fondly remembered and missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her siblings, Sheila Young(David L.), Rita, and Lonnie; also brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws; as well as many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday May 2, 2018 from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm and after 9:00 am Thursday May 3, 2018 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, May 3, 2018 at the Kraft Chapel with private entombment at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana.
