Phyllis Nancy Lee Roach, 71, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed on September 3, 2026, in New Albany, Indiana. Phyllis was born on May 26, 1955, in Waynesville, North Carolina, to the late Hilan McKinley Loftis and Levonia Odell Jones. Phyllis married Randall Roach on August 12, 1998. She was proud to be a manager at Jerry's Restaurant.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Josephine Singleton.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, Randall "Randy" Roach; her daughter, Brandy Breeding; her sons, Aaron Breeding, Michael Cadena; her stepchildren, Brad Roach, Jeremy Copeland, and Christa King; her grandchildren, Kelsey Byun, Savannah Turner, Phillip Turner, Liam, Ryland, McKenzie Roach, and Brandon Roach; her great-grandchildren: Micaela Caballero-Dujardin, Soovi Byun, Sooho Byun; her brother, Kenny Loftis; her Grandson-in-law Joonoh Byun; nephew, William Singleton; and many extended friends and family.
A memorial visitation will be held at Kraft Funeral Service, 2778 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana, on September 16, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
A memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 1:00 pm with the burial of her ashes to take place at the New Albany National Cemetery, New Albany, Indiana.
