RICHARD D. "RICK" LYON, 50 years of age, died Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Rick was born March 26, 1960 in Evansville, Indiana. He was the general sales manager at Able Alarms and a member of Grace Lutheran Church both in New Albany.
Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Mitzi (Kahre) Lyon; children, Nick Lyon of Jeffersonville IN, Audrey Lyon of Louisville KY, Elise Lyon of Indianapolis IN and Katie Lyon of Jeffersonville; mother, Charlotte Lyon; and sister, Tana Hallam. Rick was preceded in death by his father, Bob Lyon, and a brother, Chuck Lyon.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm ~ 9:00 pm Sunday, August 15, 2010 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany and after 9:00 am Monday, August 16, 2010 at Grace Lutheran Church, 1787 Klerner Lane, New Albany, IN.
