

ROBERT "BOB" HAYDEN MILAM, 73, died April 21, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family. The son of the late George and Ruth (Moreman) Milam, Robert was born May 26, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio. He retired from Ford Motor Company in Louisville, was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church in New Albany, the Louisville Dulcimer Society and the Southern Indiana Rifle and Pistol Club. Robert was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion. Robert and Kay spent their winters in Arcadia, Florida.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Kay (Smith) Milam; daughter, Kendra Robin Milam Hunt (Terry Michael Hunt, II); grand-son, Tyler Michael Hunt; granddaughter, Kaylee Rose Hunt; sister, Joyce Small (George); nieces, Beth Small and Laura Small Vincentt; and nephew, Michael Small.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm ~ 7:00 pm Wednesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN. His Funeral Service and Military Honors will be 7:00 pm Wednesday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with cremation to follow.
