My cousin Bobby loved nature's beauty, and the outdoors and I really love how this is highlighted here in his legacy. In some of these pictures, he looks just like my uncle Bob too. Though I was unable to make it to his service, I hope it was a celebration of his life and contributions of love and tenacity to the world.

I remember the first time I saw Bob after learning that the 'kids' were dating and then getting to know him all over again (since we went to school grades 1-8) -seeing him at family functions, when Logan proposed, my kids graduation, weddings, and more. He always made us feel part of the family and I loved how he treated Maria as a daughter and not a daughter in law. Bob was bigger than life and I will forever be grateful that our paths touched again because of our children. Whenever I hear someone talk about hunting or mums I will always be reminded of Bob and the great man was.

I have heard Bobby say, “If it was easy, everyone would do it.” You and the beauty that you added to our world are sorely missed. Rest In Peace good neighbor.

My favorite memory of Bobby goes back to when I was about 8. Kristie invited me and a bunch of girls over for a sleep over. I remember climbing a tree and I was afraid to get down..who got me down? Bobby! He was so kind to me even though I embarrassed myself. That was not the end of his kindness that day. Later we were gathering around to play a game and another classmate and I bumped heads trying to jump on the sofa. Bobby picked me up, wiped away my tears and made sure I was ok. Let's just say he was my first crush after that! RIP Bobby!
