She actively participated in the Traditional and Resurrection Choirs, sharing her generous spirit by sewing baptismal gowns and expressing her love for music. Her zest for life was evident in her involvement with Right to Life, the Madonna Circle, the "Muffin Ladies" (IYKYK), and in the joyful moments spent playing bridge and euchre with friends.
Professionally, Rosemary's career included serving as an administrative assistant in the bursar's office at Indiana University Southeast and as secretary to the Dean of Students, where she retired after many years of dedicated service.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, John and Loretta Hartmann of Evansville; her husband, Albert C. Gronotte Jr.; her son, Joseph G. Gronotte (New Albany); and her sisters, Mary Catherine Durchholz (Evansville, IN) and Leona Zimmer (Grand Rapids, MI).
