Ruth was a native of Blackey, KY and a homemaker.
She was a Baptist by faith and preceded in death by her parents, Boyd and Fannie Scott; and 12 siblings.
Survivors include: husband, Larry W. Caudill, Clarksville, IN; son, Michael D. Caudill , Louisville; daughters, Delesia Taylor (John) Fort Wayne, IN and Kristina Payton (David), Clarksville, IN; grandchildren, David Michael Pearson, Allisa Taylor and Everett Caudill; and sister, Jeanette Jent (Tom) Jonesboro, TN.
Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN. Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the Kraft Funeral Chapel with entombment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, IN.
