Ruth Neal Bolton Bolton Olszewski

RUTH NEAL (BOLTON) OLSZEWSKI, 89, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 25, 2014. The daughter of the late Matthew Ward and Fannie Ethel Bolton, Ruth was born November 4, 1925 in London, Kentucky. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in New Albany and was active for many years in the Ladies Guild. Ruth had an incredible sense of humor, enjoyed playing pinochle, and dearly loved her grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester; grandson, Arthur R. “Bo” Boerner, V; sisters, Marie Hale and Marguerite Bolton; and brothers, Tom, Tip, Doyle and Stanley Bolton.

Survivors include her daughters, Cathy O. Boerner (Dr. Arthur), Donna Lewis (Kenneth “Bear”), and Patricia Waggoner-Mann (Ronald); sisters, Agnes Back, Sue Evans and Thelma Bolton Bingham Smith; 6 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Wednesday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany. Her Funeral Service will be 10:00 am Thursday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with entombment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
